At MacSeven we like to give options that fit in with your workload and circumstances. This is why we have traditional hourly call out rates, fixed prices for visits as well as remote support at a reduced rate. We also understand that sometimes you may need work conducted out of hours, at weekends or maybe have unlimited support for a fixed price. We are open and flexible in what we can achieve, how we achieve it and when.

Instant Support

We can provide instant remote support to just about anyone, anywhere whether you’re a current customer or not. Structured support maintenance plans are available as well for your servers, desktops or mobile machines. VPN setup is often implemented for free with any contract so you can work remotely to your office or so we can fix issues day or night, quickly and efficiently.

Support Agreements

MacSeven offer great value IT support agreements to a limited number of clients with a high level of service built in. Items such as unlimited telephone and remote work as well as project or install time can come as part of the package. We can also offer loan machines if your crucial workstation or server fails you and replacement parts if required. We don’t pigeonhole you and can create a flexible and truly bespoke support solution to meet your every need.
